Celebrating 30 Years
The Muskogee Farmers Market was founded in 1995 by four local growers who wanted a way to get their fresh products to the public. Since that time, the market has been managed and run by volunteer vendors and community members, with the constant support of a number of local and state organizations.
MFM first made its home at the Muskogee Phoenix covered parking lot, and then at the Muskogee Public library. Later, the City of Muskogee constructed the Civic Center parking pavilion with a new location for the MFM in mind, and we have made our home there since 2007.
